How the price works

Before we quote, we run your VIN to see what the factory still covers. If it is covered, we tell you and send you there. If it is not, you get a written price before any work starts. Sales tax applies to parts only, not labor. You choose how long the repair is guaranteed: 90 days, 1 year or 2 years.

Questions people ask

Do you work on all EV brands or just Tesla?
All of them. Tesla, Rivian, Nissan Leaf, Chevy Bolt, Ford Mach-E, Hyundai Ioniq, Kia EV6, BMW i models and hybrids. If it has a high-voltage battery, we work on it.
Will taking my EV to an independent shop void the warranty?
No. Federal law lets you service your car anywhere without losing factory coverage. We also check that coverage before we quote, so anything the manufacturer still covers goes back to them at no cost to you.
Is it safe to work on an EV outside the dealer?
Yes, when it is done properly. We de-energize the high-voltage system and follow safety procedures before opening any orange cable or the battery. Most EV repairs never touch the high-voltage side at all.
Does Miami heat hurt my EV?
Heat is the main enemy of both batteries in your car. The big battery loses some range and ages a bit faster when it sits hot at a high charge, and the small 12V battery dies sooner. Shade, a lower daily charge limit and a yearly check all help.
Why does my EV go to the shop for tires and brakes so often?
EVs are heavy and have instant torque, so tires wear faster. Brakes have the opposite problem: regenerative braking does most of the stopping, so pads rust and calipers stick from lack of use, especially in our humidity.
