How the price works.
Written down before we touch the car.
You get the price in writing before any work starts. Not a range you have to chase, a number for your car with the parts and the labor listed.
What is in the number
- Labor comes from the industry's standard labor-time guide for your exact year, make, and model, not a guess.
- Parts are listed by name with the brand and the price of each one.
- Sales tax is charged on parts only, never on labor.
- You choose the warranty length: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years. The longer the warranty, the better the part we install, and the price changes with it.
Diagnostics
If we do not know what is wrong yet, the first step is a diagnostic. You approve the diagnostic fee first, we find the cause, and then you get the written repair price. If you approve the repair, we tell you up front whether the diagnostic fee is applied to it.
Nothing gets added without a yes
If we find something else while the car is on the lift, you get a photo and a separate price for it, and the answer no is a normal answer. We do the job you approved.
