How the price works

Mobile calls carry a written price before we roll, including the trip, and the repair is quoted on site before it starts. Tax is charged on parts only. Fleet accounts get mobile visits and shop work on one monthly invoice.

Do you offer roadside service on I-95 or the Turnpike?
If the truck is in a safe spot and the repair is one we can do on the road, we will come. Call and we tell you honestly how fast we can be there and whether a tow to the shop is the cheaper route.
Is mobile more expensive than bringing the truck in?
There is a trip charge, and you see it in writing before we leave. Against a heavy tow plus a day of lost revenue it is usually the cheaper option for the repairs we do on site.
What can you not do on site?
Engine internal work, transmissions, clutches and most aftertreatment repairs need a bay. We tell you on the phone if your truck is a shop job.
Can you service my fleet at our yard?
Yes. Scheduled yard visits for oil, filters, grease, brake checks and inspections keep the units off the road for less time. We set the schedule with you.
Do you cover the port and airport warehouse areas?
Yes. Miami Gardens, Opa-locka, Hialeah, Medley, Doral and the corridors around the airport are our regular ground.
