Fleet work is priced per job in writing before we start, and your manager approves each one. Tax is charged on parts only. The whole month lands on one monthly invoice, per unit, per job, so accounting gets one document and the maintenance file grows on its own.

How small a fleet will you take?
Two units is enough. What matters is that you want the maintenance scheduled and the records kept, not the size of the fleet.
Do you require a contract?
No. A fleet account is an agreement on how we work: written prices, approval before work, one monthly invoice. Leave whenever you want and take the records with you.
Can you keep our maintenance records for compliance?
Yes. Every unit gets a file with dates, mileage, parts and inspection reports. Pull it for an audit, an insurer or a buyer.
Can you handle mixed fleets, vans and heavy trucks together?
Yes. Sprinters, box trucks, tractors and trailers all come to the same shop and go on the same invoice.
What about breakdowns between scheduled visits?
Call. We tell you the real turnaround for that unit, and if it is a mobile job we come to the yard.
How do you bill parts?
Parts are listed on the invoice with tax on the parts only. Labor is listed separately without tax, so you can see exactly what each job cost.
