Go Time Auto Repair

We handle the insurance claim paperwork with you

You get your car fixed right without fighting through the claim alone. We prepare the estimate, send the photos, deal with the adjuster, and walk you through what is covered and what you pay. If your policy includes a rental, we coordinate that too.

Insurance claim help

  • Help opening the claim and getting the claim number into the right hands
  • Photo documentation and a detailed written estimate sent to the adjuster
  • Supplement requests when hidden damage turns up during teardown
  • Plain explanation of your deductible, your coverage, and what comes out of pocket
  • Rental car coordination if your policy includes it
  • Direct communication with the adjuster so you are not the go-between
  • Status updates with photos while the car is in the shop

Signs you need this

  • You were just in an accident and have no idea where to start
  • The adjuster wrote an estimate that looks too low for the damage
  • The insurer is pushing you toward a shop you did not choose
  • The other driver was at fault and you are not sure whose insurance pays
  • You need a rental and do not know if your policy covers one

Our work starts with a written estimate, before anything is touched. Then we sit with you and go over what the insurance covers and what you pay, in plain words. Tax is charged on parts only, not on labor.

Questions people ask

Do I have to use the shop the insurer recommends?
No. In Florida you can choose your own body shop, no matter what the insurer suggests. Some insurers have shops they steer people to, and that is their preference, not your obligation.
What if the adjuster's estimate is lower than yours?
That happens often, because adjusters write from photos and we write after teardown. We send a supplement with photos of the hidden damage and work it out with the adjuster. In most cases the supplement is approved and you are not paying the difference for damage the accident caused.
Who pays if the other driver was at fault?
Usually their insurance, through a third-party claim. You can also file with your own insurer and let them collect from the other side. We help you figure out which route gets the car fixed fastest.
What is a deductible and when do I pay it?
It is the part of the repair you agreed to pay when you bought the policy. You pay it to the shop at pickup, and the insurance pays the rest directly. We tell you the exact amount before work starts.
Can you help with the rental car?
Yes. If your policy has rental coverage we coordinate it so a car is ready when you drop yours off. If it does not, we tell you up front.
Does a claim raise my rates?
That is between you and your insurer, and it depends on the policy and who was at fault. What we can do is show you the repair cost in writing so you can decide whether a claim is worth it.
