How the price works

You get a written estimate before we touch the car. If there is a claim, we sit down with you and walk through what the insurance covers and what comes out of your pocket, so there are no surprises at pickup. Sales tax is charged on parts only, never on labor.

Questions people ask

Can I pick my own body shop, or do I have to use the one my insurer recommends?
In Florida you have the right to choose your own body shop. The insurer can suggest a shop, but the choice is yours. Tell them you are taking the car to GO TIME Auto Repair and we take it from there.
How do photo estimates work?
Text us clear photos of the damage from a few angles, plus one of the whole car. We reply with a first estimate so you know what you are looking at. The final written estimate comes after we see the car in person, because some damage hides behind the bumper cover and panels.
Do you handle the insurance claim for me?
We handle the paperwork with you. That means the estimate, the photos, the supplement if hidden damage shows up, and the back and forth with the adjuster. You stay in the loop the whole way.
Will you help with a rental car?
Yes. If your policy includes rental coverage we coordinate the pickup so you are not stuck without a car. If it does not, we tell you up front so you can plan.
How will I know what is happening with my car?
You get status updates with photos while the car is in the shop, from teardown to paint to final assembly. No need to call and ask.
Is the car safe to drive after a collision?
It depends on the hit. If a light is on, fluid is leaking, a wheel looks off, or something rubs when you turn, do not drive it. Text us the photos and we help you decide whether to bring it in or have it towed.
