Every written price shows three options. The part we install and the price change with the length you choose. The labor is covered for the same period as the part.
What it covers
- The part we installed and the labor to replace it if that part fails in normal use inside the period.
- The diagnosis if the same problem comes back for the same cause.
- Nothing you did not pay us for: a different part failing, wear items reaching the end of their life, damage from an accident, flooding, racing, or overloading.
How a claim works
- Call or text with your ticket number and what the car is doing.
- Bring the car in. We confirm the cause first, at no charge.
- If it is our part or our work, we fix it under the warranty. If it is something else, you get a written price and the answer no is fine.
In writing
The warranty length and the terms print on your invoice. Keep the invoice; it is the record.
